Residential Window Cleaning
There are three things to take into account when putting an estimate together.
- Window pane count (Equivalent pane = 3′ x 3′)
- The condition of your glass
- The accessibility of the windows
Our prices are ultimately dictated by the number of equivalent panes of glass that you have. We equate a pane of glass to be roughly 3′ x 3′. After we assess the total desired pane count, we multiply that by between $5-$9 depending on three aforementioned conditions.
Please note: While the estimate is free, should we do any work, we have a $150 minimum charge, which equates to about 15 windows. We charge $25 for safety lines when necessary. Rappels are $150 for the first drop and $50 for each subsequent drop.
Commercial Window Cleaning
As with our residential window-cleaning program, it’s generally best to schedule a time for us to come do a walk through and we can prepare a commercial estimate for you.
If you can please email us ahead of time with any building layout with a general description of how the building is situated on the property, we will then be best equip to complete an estimate in a timely fashion. Please note that many times we will need to book up to a month in advance.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Costs are based on the cleaning of 4’x 6′ panels. – $10- per 4′ x 6′.
Pressure Washing
Pressure Washing Soap preparation $50/ hour. High Pressure Wash: $150/ hour.
Gutter Cleaning
$100/ hour- This includes install of all safety lines, debris collection and bagging, and ground marking and protection.
Skylight Cleaning
$10 per Skylight- Exterior Only. (This includes any safety line set up necessary)
$25 per Skylight- Interior and Exterior. This is a lengthy process to do correctly as the water drops straight to the ground and great care needs to be taken to protect your home’s furniture, walls, and carpets.
Blind Cleaning
Blinds are priced depending on size and condition starting at $8/ 4′ x 4′ Blind.
