How many times a year should I have my windows cleaned?
This will vary depending on weather your home is located in the city or in the mountains. We clean most of our clients on average of 1.5 times a year. Our busy seasons are between April through November.
When would you suggest having services other than window cleaning scheduled?
Chandelier Cleaning and blind cleaning are all things that are best scheduled during the winter season. However Pressure washing is generally best scheduled in the spring in order to help cleanse your home of un-wanted winter debris. If we can catch it with the spring rains, the rain works with us instead of against us.
How do you remove water staining, paint, and other adhered un-desirables?
We have a variety of techniques to remove virtually everything from your glass surfaces. This type of cleaning can be more time intensive, but we will be able to outline this along with our estimate.
How prepared are you for SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS?
We take SAFETY very seriously. We offer our services in accordance with State OSHA TITLE 8 regulations as well as guidelines set forth by the IWCA (International Window Cleaning Association). Our cleaners are safety trained and are provided with an Illness and Injury Prevention Program. We also exercise safety inspections. In addition to this, we are the only company to offer the ASAP safety line method on all ladder placements over 15 feet tall.
Do you work in the rain?
Generally we do not clean any of your exterior windows in the rain due to safety considerations. Often we will clean the inside windows and then return to finish the exterior cleaning when the weather permits. If it’s raining on the day of your appointment, we will give you a call to let you know what the best plan of action is.
What if I’m not going to be home all day long?
This is not a problem. All we need is about 10 minutes to put the official estimate together. Once we’ve agreed on the price, we will be off and working. We are happy to lock up when were done if this suits you, or we can begin on the inside and finish up the exterior after your gone.
Can I be put on a routine scheduled cleaning?
Absolutely. Many of our clients have us out between 1 and 4 times a year often alternating between having both the in and out cleaned and just the exteriors. We are happy to set up any type of arrangement you would like.
